What We Do

Best Pest Sierra is a Branch 3 WDO pest company. WDO stands for Wood-Destroying Organism. During a routine WDO inspection, we will inspect the exterior, interior, and crawspace for the presence of wood-destroying pests (termites, beetles, carpenter ants/bees) or fungus/wood rot that can or are actively causing damage to the wood structure of the home or attached decking. We also note any areas that are conducive to cause damage to the structure, such as water leaks, loose toilets, voids around the exterior or interior by water sources that could cause moisture intrusion, etc, and provide a detailed report with recommendations to remediate the findings to keep your home safe and sound.

Best Pest Sierra is not a general pest company; we do not inspect for general pests such as spiders, ants, bees, bed bugs, rodents, etc. And does not provide routine services for these pests. Contact a Branch 2 general pest company if you need these services.
