Based on square footage, it includes a standard attached or detached garage and attached deck structures. Additional costs may be added for larger or secondary garages, ADUs, barns, and larger deck structures. Please contact our office if your property has additional areas that you would like inspected. Commercial pricing may vary and require an in-person evaluation before price confirmation. Please email us for commercial inspections. An extended drive time of over an hour may incur an additional fee. Payment for the inspection is required to release the report after the inspection.
